For an entire week, you will have the chance to dive into the dynamic business environment, experiencing it both nationally in our offices in Portugal and internationally at one of our locations in Germany, Dubai, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, or the Czech Republic.
You will collaborate closely with professionals in your field, gaining insights from their knowledge and experiences across the various countries where you choose to embark on this journey.
This opens the chance to engage in challenging projects and work alongside international teams, giving you a global perspective and enabling you to develop new skills.
We understand that international travel can be costly. That’s why your sending office will cover the expenses of flights and accommodation, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience without financial worries.
This program is open to professionals from all business sectors, including accounting, legal, finance, auditing, and consulting.
To participate, you must have been a member of the ETL GLOBAL group for at least one year and have a B2 level of English for the Professional Exchange.
The first step in requesting the exchange is to approach your office directors. They will not only help you with the registration process but also provide the necessary support so you can start organizing your first ETL CHALLENGE experience with confidence.
